Reservation Policy

Camping reservations for Marie Lake Camping Society will be accepted by phone or e-mail at general@marielakecampingsociety.com.  Once received you will then be contacted of the availabity of your request. If you accept your reservation the full amount will have to be paid by  INTERAC e-Transfer to general@marielakecampingsociety.com within 48hrs from your booking date or cash to guarantee your reservation. Security password can be texted to 780-573-3236. Once your payment has been  received your reservation and payment will be confirmed by e-mail.  By paying for the reservation, the customer agrees to abide by all applicable rules and regulations of Marie Lake Camping Society. The customer also agrees to be bound by the Cancellation and Refund policies listed below. A non-refundable $25.00 reservation fee applies to all reservations. A charge of $25.00 will be applied to all NFS cheque. 

Cancellation Policies

We realize that your plans may change after reserving a campsite. If this happens, You must cancel your reservation on-line by sending an e-mail to general@marielakecampingsociety.com. Early cancellation allows others to enjoy a great weekend!

Refund policy

 

Campsite cancellations more than 72 hours prior to the date of arrival will receive 100% refund less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations within 48-72 hours receive a 50% refund less a $25.00 processing fee. There is no refund for less than 48 hour notice or a no show. Stat Holiday reservations are not refundable.
